08-21

On August 18,2026, the "2026 Global RWA Real-Asset Blockchain-Based Enterprises' Global Expansion Resource Matching Conference and China-Kazakhstan Industrial Investment Promotion Conference," hosted by Orenance, was successfully held in Almaty, Kazakhstan. As the first national-level industrial matchmaking platform in Central Asia initiated by enterprises and focused on the digital transformation of real assets, this summit brought together more than 200 government and corporate leaders from around the world, over 30 international investment institutions, and more than 300 leading financial and economic media outlets.
Chairperson's Strategic Report: The Strategic Rationale Behind Selecting Kazakhstan as a Base for Real-Asset Operations

The meeting commenced with Жұмақан Жәукенұлы, Chairman of Orenance, delivering a keynote speech to the assembly, in which he systematically elaborated on the underlying rationale behind Orenance's decision to establish Kazakhstan as its global strategic pivot, as well as its digital transformation roadmap centered on physical assets.

Orenance consistently adheres to a core principle: digitalization does not involve first creating a digital asset and then seeking value support for it, but rather involves first establishing a real, verifiable physical asset foundation, and then exploring how to effectively connect and circulate the value of these assets through digital technologies.

As a company whose core business revolves around the management of physical mineral resources, Orenance has established a long-term, sustainable asset management and industry collaboration framework across numerous mining projects. Each project is built upon a solid physical asset foundation, encompassing ownership and licenses, comprehensive geological exploration, rigorous reserve assessments, and practical production plans.

Taking the currently under development Kuru Gold Mine project as an example, the project company EIWAZ LLP has obtained a solid mineral extraction license; the reserve approval process, public hearings, and coordination with relevant government authorities have also been completed.
For Orenance, establishing a real-world asset base is merely the first step. The digital transformation of physical assets also requires the implementation of rigorous asset verification, dedicated project screening, information disclosure, and risk management mechanisms. These mechanisms should conduct a multi-dimensional review of asset ownership, value basis, project entities, and relevant supporting documentation to enhance the transparency and verifiability of asset information.
This also represents a key rationale behind Orenance's approach to digitizing physical assets: leveraging real-world assets to underpin digital value, utilizing technology to enhance asset transparency, and ensuring the digital transformation process is safeguarded through compliance and risk management.

Choosing Kazakhstan stems from profound strategic insight.
Kazakhstan is not only a country rich in mineral resources but is also emerging as a vital market that connects resources, industries, capital, and digital finance. In recent years, Kazakhstan has been steadily developing its digital finance infrastructure and gradually exploring mechanisms for the digitalization of digital and real-world assets, thereby creating new opportunities for the evolution of RWA from a concept into more standardized practice.
For Orenance, Kazakhstan's abundant physical resources and its rapidly evolving digital economy environment provide a solid industrial foundation for the digital transformation of real-world assets, while also serving as a key pivot point in its global strategic deployment.
Chairman of the Mining Safety US Digital Asset Exchange Branch participates in an online webinar: A clear signal for a global strategy
At the summit, Lenke Rutherford, Chairman of Orenance's U.S. Digital Asset Exchange Division, participated in the event via online video conference, sharing with the attendees Orenance's strategic positioning in the U.S. market and its global expansion vision.

Orenance is not merely a mineral resources company, but a global enterprise rooted in physical assets and driven by digital technologies. Our presence in the U.S. market is a vital component of our globalization strategy, while Kazakhstan serves as a key hub for the digital transformation of our physical assets. The synergy between these two markets will further integrate resources, technology, and capital, accelerating the development of Orenance's global digital ecosystem.
This cross-border collaboration not only showcases Orenance's global outlook but also further underscores its strategic positioning of "being rooted in Kazakhstan while serving global markets."

At the summit, Liang Anqi – a member of the Zibo Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Investment Promotion Ambassador for both China and Kazakhstan, and Executive Chairperson of the summit's operating organization – delivered a speech. She highlighted that Kazakhstan boasts abundant mineral resources, robust digital finance policies, and an open business environment, while China possesses cutting-edge digital technologies, extensive industrial experience, and vast market demand; the synergy between these two strengths serves as the most solid foundation for China-Kazakhstan industrial cooperation. "We did not come here simply because this is a popular trend, but because we see the long-term value it holds. The summit is just the starting point; the real solution lies in putting it into practice," she remarked. Through this summit, Chinese and Kazakh enterprises have achieved deep collaboration across various sectors—including mining, energy, real estate, and agriculture—while the philanthropic and public welfare initiatives have extended the warmth of industrial development to local communities and schools, ensuring that this cooperation generates not only commercial value but also social value.

The government leadership expressed high appreciation, with more than 20 dignitaries attending to show their support.

In his address, Chairman Yerbol Bakharyev emphasized that the significance of RWA extends beyond just a technical concept; it lies in leveraging digital solutions to enhance asset information transparency, improve collaboration efficiency, and strengthen cross-border connectivity. In his speech, Chairman He Feiming noted that the digital transformation of RWA provides businesses from both countries with an efficient platform for project matching and resource alignment.

During the summit, Orenance Chairman Zhumakan Zhaikenuly received an interview, during which he engaged in an in-depth discussion regarding Orenance's digital transformation model centered on physical assets, the strategic rationale behind choosing Kazakhstan as its market, and the company's future development plans.

Fully implement leadership directives; ensure compliant operations under supervision.
Throughout the digital transformation of physical assets, compliance has always been the fundamental principle upheld by Orenance.
Orenance will fully implement strategic adjustments in accordance with the requirements of relevant senior management and regulatory authorities, strictly comply with local laws and regulations in Kazakhstan, actively cooperate with the relevant authorities in their supervision and auditing activities, and ensure that all related business operations are conducted in compliance with the principle of being based on authentic and verifiable tangible assets.
Meanwhile, Orenance will continue to refine its asset review, risk control, information disclosure, and internal governance mechanisms, thereby enhancing the credibility of its digital asset ecosystem through more transparent and standardized operating practices.
The platform does not view short-term market momentum as its sole development objective; instead, it aims to explore longer-term, more stable, and sustainable ways of connecting digital assets with real-world assets through the development of technology and infrastructure.
Upholding social responsibility – philanthropy and public welfare are integrated throughout the entire process.
Charity and public welfare were a central theme throughout this summit.
At the summit, a grand launch ceremony was held for the Charity Hope Primary School initiative; Orenance, in collaboration with several partners, launched this public welfare project aimed at donating and establishing Hope Primary Schools in impoverished areas of Kazakhstan, thereby providing local children with a better educational environment.

A charity auction was held on-site, where local entrepreneurs actively placed bids and enthusiastically participated in the bidding process, demonstrating their compassion and goodwill through tangible actions. All proceeds from the auction will be fully allocated to supporting local children's education and providing assistance to young entrepreneurs.

Orenance solemnly commits to continuously reinvesting a portion of its corporate profits into local charitable initiatives, putting the ESG sustainable development philosophy into practice and ensuring that the benefits of industrial growth reach as many people in need as possible. During the Charity Ambassador Recognition Ceremony, companies and individuals who have actively participated in charitable activities were honored, thereby promoting the value of "Industry for Good."
Bring warmth to industry; empower collaboration.
Orenance believes that a truly valuable company is not merely measured by the amount of commercial profit it generates, but by the positive impact it makes on society. Philanthropy is not merely an add-on to a company's activities; it is a core component of Orenance's long-standing commitment to corporate social responsibility.
