The video recognition smart perception system reduces connection time to under 15 minutes and cuts on-site operators by five. The matching ZMS2.0 health management system ensures personnel and equipment safety, reducing accident rates by over 90%. The rig also features multi-well drilling capability, capable of meeting the requirements for clustered wells with a spacing of 6m for three wells.

Taking the KERUI 600-type dual-engine dual-pump cementing unit as an example, the equipment integrates the power unit, mixing unit, conveying unit, and control unit into one system. Equipped with a self-developed high-energy recirculating mixing system and an automated control system, it can automatically complete the mixing process, improving the uniformity and precision of cement slurry mixing, increasing cementing efficiency by 30%, and reducing workload by 40%.

The membrane separation nitrogen production and nitrogen pressurization compression integrated operation equipment of KERUI can complete the entire process of nitrogen production and pressurization in one stop. The truck mounted membrane separation nitrogen production equipment adopts the efficient PRISM membrane separation nitrogen production process, with high separation efficiency and stable gas production quality. The equipment is equipped with Atlas air compressor and self-developed patented screw oil heat exchange technology, which can effectively reduce operating costs and significantly improve the environmental adaptability of the equipment; The truck mounted nitrogen compressor can operate in conjunction with the nitrogen production unit, and can increase the output of nitrogen to 35MPa, fully meeting the production needs of oil and gas fields such as gas injection and gas lift.
